Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Cradl mobile application (the "App") operated by NanthAI ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cradl, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Cradl is a baby tracking application that helps parents and caregivers:
- Log feeding, diaper, sleep, and other baby care events
- Receive age-appropriate reminders
- View insights and patterns
- Share access with family members
- Sync data across devices
3. Subscription & Payment
Subscription Required
Cradl requires an active subscription to use. We offer:
- Monthly: £6.99 GBP per month
- Yearly: £49.99 GBP per year (save 40%)
Free Trial
New subscribers may receive a free trial period. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
Family Sharing
Subscriptions support Apple Family Sharing. The primary subscriber can share access with up to 5 family members at no additional cost.
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their App Store policies.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when using the App
- Keep your device and iCloud account secure
- Use the App only for its intended purpose
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
- Comply with all applicable laws
5. Medical Disclaimer
Cradl is NOT a medical device or medical advice tool.
- The App is intended for informational and organizational purposes only
- Reminders and suggestions are general guidelines, not medical recommendations
- Always consult your pediatrician or healthcare provider for medical concerns
- Do not rely solely on the App for health-related decisions
- The App does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition
If you have concerns about your baby's health, contact a healthcare professional immediately.
6. Sleep Training Disclaimer
The sleep training features in Cradl:
- Are only available for babies 6 months and older
- Provide general information about common sleep training methods
- Are not a substitute for professional guidance
- Should be discussed with your pediatrician before implementation
7. AI Features Disclaimer
AI-generated insights and summaries:
- Are provided for informational purposes only
- May not be accurate in all cases
- Should not replace professional medical advice
- Are based on patterns in your logged data
- Are generated using a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) only after you opt in within the app
8. Data & Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:
- Your data is stored locally and in your iCloud account
- We do not sell your data
- If you enable AI features, selected data is shared with OpenAI to generate AI summaries
- You can export or delete your data at any time
9. Intellectual Property
- Cradl and the NanthAI name and logo are trademarks of NanthAI
- The App and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, iCloud issues, or other factors outside our control
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NanthAI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
- You may stop using the App at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting the App
- We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NanthAI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
