How do I sync my data across devices?
Cradl uses iCloud to sync your data automatically. Make sure you're signed into the same iCloud account on all your devices and that iCloud is enabled for Cradl in Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud.
Can I share access with my partner or caregiver?
Yes! Cradl supports Family Sharing. If your partner or caregiver is part of your iCloud Family, they can access Cradl with the same subscription. Go to Settings > Sharing in the app to set this up.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your iPhone's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Cradl. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Go to Settings > Export Data in the app to download a CSV file of all your logged events. This is useful for sharing with your pediatrician or keeping a personal backup.
What does the free trial include?
The 1-week free trial gives you full access to all Cradl features. You won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial.
How do reminders work?
Cradl sends gentle reminders based on your baby's age and when you last logged an event. Reminders follow pediatric guidelines (NHS/AAP) and respect your quiet hours settings. You can adjust reminder intensity in Settings.
Is my data private?
Your data is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We don't use analytics or tracking, and we don't sell your data. If you opt in to AI Insights, selected baby tracking data is sent to OpenAI to generate summaries; you can turn this off anytime in Settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The app isn't working properly. What should I do?
Try these steps: 1) Force quit and reopen the app, 2) Make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store, 3) Restart your device. If issues persist, please email us at support@nanthai.tech with details about the problem.
How do I use Siri to log events?
You can say things like "Hey Siri, log a diaper change in Cradl" or "Hey Siri, log a bottle in Cradl". The app will prompt you for any additional details needed.
Can I track multiple babies?
Yes! Cradl supports tracking multiple babies. You can add additional babies in Settings and switch between them using the baby selector at the top of the Home screen.
